dedicated, caring and well trained staff team who provide support for our residents.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Headed by our Matron and Deputy Matron, each unit has its own manager to lead that part of the home. They are supported by Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, our Domestic team, Life and Leisure team, Maintenance team and Catering team.
