Applegarth actively promotes the welfare of our residents and we understand the importance of visits by loved ones for their support and wellbeing. We ensure that Applegarth is open for relatives, friends and associates to visit anytime between 9am and 11pm and at other times by arrangement. Private facilities will always be made available if needed for visits by e.g. relatives, professionals and/or spiritual advisors.
Whilst it is our policy to encourage visiting, ultimately our patients decide who visits and who does not.

Patients are encouraged to bring along family friends on trips and visits outside the home. Additionally, we have a dining room and patients are welcome to invite family and friends to join them for a meal.
