At Applegarth, we have a dedicated, caring and well trained staff team who provide support for our residents. 

Headed by our Matron and Deputy Matron, each unit has its own manager to lead that part of the home. They are supported by Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, our Domestic team, Life and Leisure team, Maintenance team and Catering team. This ensures that each resident is getting supported by a strong team to deliver personalised care. 

Our staff are experienced nursing staff and are specifically trained to support people with complex health conditions and neurological injuries. 

Each staff member is regularly trained to maintain the high quality of skill that is required to manage the complex needs of our residents.
